The transaction was good and the overall experience satisfying. The car we picked up on a Saturday afternoon broke down 10 miles after leaving. You always feel like you matter at their dealership, not just another sale. Gary went through my new accord coupe with me to make sure I knew how everything worked. This was the first dealership that ever did that with me (starting with Roger). I did go to two other honda dealers closer to my home, but you just don't get the service, treatment or price you do with Sussex Honda. They have a customer for life.
