I contacted Joe Vizzi a week ago requesting a quote on a 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L with RES. He responded within 30 minutes with a very reasonable offer. I told him my wife would be coming to test drive the v 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L with RES. He responded within 30 minutes with a very reasonable offer. I told him my wife would be coming to test drive the vehicle. So my wife test drove vehicle last Saturday and really liked the vehicle. She explained we had a trade that would be part of the deal along with the lease. He gave her a lowball figure and I politely said not interested in a deal like that unless trade in offer increases. Throughout the week Joe followed up with me daily asking me if there was anything he could do to earn my business. I told him he needed to be at a certain dollar figure in order to get the deal. He came in a bit higher than I wanted but it was a reasonable offer nonetheless. I told him I would weigh my options. After visiting Lynne's Nissan Subaru in Belleville (aka chop shop) I was convinced I needed to deal with a professional outfit. I contacted Joe and told him I wanted to make a deal. He came in a bit lower than what I had expected and the deal was done. By the time I got there I was in and out of there in under an hour with the walk through included. I highly recommend Joe and his professionalism to any customer local to this dealership or even a bit further. Dealing with dealerships can seem arduous at times but the team at Sussex Honda knows how to get things done and work with customers to ensure they come away satisfied. More

I had a very positive experience at Sussex Honda. Our salesman Joe Vizzi did a great job of making me and my family feel comfortable during the buying experience. Moreover, when it came time to pickup our car, Joe gave us a call and told us that there was a slight defect in the paint that the dealership would fix immediately. Joe was true to his word and the car was fixed quickly and very well. When we picked up our car, Joe was very helpful in showing me the features again and getting all of the paperwork in order and settling the signing quickly. He also showed me where the service department was and how to drop off my new vehicle at night if I needed to. As a car buyer I want to feel that a car salesman and dealership give me a fair price, takes care of my needs, educates me on the features of my new car purchase and that I do not feel pushed into buying a car. My hat goes off to Joe Vizzi and the team at Sussex Honda for meeting my expectations. More

As a lifetime Honda owner, I already knew the manufacturer I wanted to buy from when the lease expired on my Crosstour. The only problem was that the dealership I had used in the past was over 20 manufacturer I wanted to buy from when the lease expired on my Crosstour. I was very pleased to find based upon a blind internet bid process through the Honda web-site, that Sussex Honda in my new area, meet and exceeded my past experience with Burns Honda. What they exceeded my Expectations: 1. Web Internet Bid was answered within 1 hour 2. Joe Vizzo who responded, guided me through the evaluation process of the other two dealers that answered the bid. To make sure that I was getting the best and fair price 3. Sussex has the only dealer that took the time to contact me in person 4. They met the lowest fair price to close the deal 5. When I arrived at the dealership, Joe and the team had the car all of the paperwork ready, and I was out of there in 45 minutes Congratulations to Honda for managing and training your dealers to keep my business where every I may move, and to Sussex Honda to providing such a good experience. And finally to Joe for have the persistence to contact me directly, and walk me through the process to make sure I received the best deal. More
After hearing that my "98 CRV w/173, 000 + miles on it needed $3000.00 in repairs, I knew I had to consider purchasing a new car. Jeff was so helpful in explaining my options with servicing the car, if I choose to do so and even itemized the issues in order of importance for me. He also assured me I had some time to think about it and didn't have to make a decision that day. He picked me up at my office and drove me to the dealership to talk to Mike, the sales manager whom he had already spoken to about my situation. Mike was understanding and straight forward. He asked me about my financial comfort level and gave me my options. I honestly didn't think I could get a lease under the circumstances but wound up with a smokin' deal, in my opinion and a great, affordable, new, reliable car. Eileen closed up the deal, completing paperwork and was so kind.(I had been fairly anxious!) She calmed me down and introduced me to the features in the new Civic - We're both over 30, this is huge!!! :). I've been a customer at Sussex Honda since "98. No one else has ever touched my car, Everyone, through any needed service has always been straight forward, informative, professional and understanding. Every experience has been beyond satisfactory.
