After a test drive we discussed price on both the new car and also on my 13 year old Accord trade in. Joe was able to work with me on features, color, accessories, and cost and we were able to come to an understanding and agree on a price. The came across very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to work with me to get the car, features I was looking for at a price that was in the range of what I expected based on my research. We had never traded in a vehicle before but believe we rec'd a fair trade-in value for our 2005 Accord EX. We talked at 9:30 AM and by 2 PM were driving home in our new car.
