I abhor places that give me a price and then tell me if I get a better one that I should return to them and they’ll beat that price. Joe Vizzi gave me a price. It was a VERY good price. This was on a Saturday evening as the dealership was about to close. When they reopened Monday morning I was waiting at their door. Joe stood by his price quote and did not attempt to “razzle dazzle” me. I took a test drive. I was sold! (Just as a word for Honda itself…I had test driven 4 other makes of vehicles and the quality of the Honda far surpasses every vehicle in the comparable price range.) Joe, in his quiet and courteous manner, took care of all the paper work immediately. He made it so simple for me. Then he absolutely shocked me by telling me that I could drive my new car home in a short while. The vehicle was prepped; Joe took care of the paperwork processing; Joe showed me the service area and introduced me to the people in that department who will peform my routine maintenance. Three hours after I had walked in the door I drove out of there with everything completed and with total piece of mind that I had made the right decision.
