Complete upgrade from a civic to a Accord fully loaded! Plus he was able to keep me around the same payment. He saved me thousands of dollars if I were have gone some place else. Joe was the first dealer rep to contact me when I first began looking on line for a pre-owned car. All were willing to help take by photos or setting the radio and clock (codes were needed). The car was prepped and ready for us by the time we finshed the paperwork.
