This dealership jerked me around for 3 hours. And that was AFTER I negotiated my offer for 4 days before coming in. When I got there, the paperwork put in front of me was for full asking price an And that was AFTER I negotiated my offer for 4 days before coming in. When I got there, the paperwork put in front of me was for full asking price and not the deal I had accepted. They tried to buffalo me by saying they couldn't do the deal I offered because of this and that, so I said I was leaving. Then They tried to tell me they gave me LoJack for free and it's a $5000 option, which is a lie. Then they came back with a lightly lower price but still thousands more than I offered before coming in. Then they said they could only take my offer if I financed the vehicle. Excuse after excuse and lie after lie. So I told them No Deal, and left. 3 minutes after pulling out of the lot, the manager called me to say they'd accept my offer and to come back. Then the paperwork took 3xs longer than they said it would. Then they did not even want to fill up the gas tank after I had purchased a $35,000 vehicle! I had to argue to get it and then Kaitlyn had a real attitude about having to take it to put gas in it. Once home with the vehicle, I inquired FOUR TIMES via email, texting and leaving voicemails for managers Eric, Dan, and Rodney and sales person Kaitlyn because the LoJack had not been transferred and I needed the vehicle's PIN to change settings in the vehicle. After two days I then left a message for the General Manager Jay Gantz, and NO ONE has bothered to return my calls or emails. They try to swindle you into paying more and then ignore you after you purchase. They are disreputable and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere! Even the general manager could care less about his customers! Worst experience with a dealership ever. More

They didn't tend to my purchase prior to showing it. This forced me to come out of pocket and get it detailed myself. For me to drive out of town and come spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle, I feel that I as the customer should be able to receive the purchase looking and feeling its best.
