They worked with us to roll negative equity into a new loan with a purchase of a new car. We wanted an EV to get the tax credit during tax return time. Afyer a bunch of back and fourth Jay who had just ta loan with a purchase of a new car. We wanted an EV to get the tax credit during tax return time. Afyer a bunch of back and fourth Jay who had just taken the location over 3 weeks prior explain he was going to cut the price of the car down and basically take a loss so that we can help get their rating up. Come to find out he applied our EV credit to the purchase, which was never discussed at all. They stole our EV credit from us. Dont trust this dealer, if they were willing to do this to us, they will steal from you too. More

I took my car in for a recall, and they told me that they would need it for a few hours and he would text me and call me with updates when it would be ready for pick up. It was 6 PM and I still haven't heard would need it for a few hours and he would text me and call me with updates when it would be ready for pick up. It was 6 PM and I still haven't heard from them. I went up there and they closed the service department was closed. Nobody called me to let me know that they would be keeping my vehicle overnight. I had my garage door clicker still in the vehicle and I could not get into my house when I went up there to tell them that no one called me and that I needed to get my clicker out of the car they said sorry that they were closed. They didn't have the key. They didn't have anyone's phone number to call when I call Toni at his number and I texted him. I left him a voicemail saying I need my clicker. What's going on with my car no response no reply. Finally someone from the sales department was able to get me the clicker out of the car and the next morning Toni called me and said he had an emergency and he had to leave. Totally understandable, but there's no excuse why he couldn't pass my information onto someone else so that way they can notify me and give me updates about my vehicle to let me know that they were keeping it overnight so I can go up there and get my personal belongings out of it. Unacceptable. More
