This dealer never fixed my car while it was under warranty. It was never right from day one I purchased it at this dealer the beginning of this year I paid them over $2000. This visit they wanted $32 warranty. It was never right from day one I purchased it at this dealer the beginning of this year I paid them over $2000. This visit they wanted $3200. The car has less than 40,000 miles. They are taking advantage of me. There is no doubt. We’ve always own Nissan, but your customer service is awful. I am switching dealerships.! More

I thought I was coming in for an oil change. They did a 10 point inspection without asking me and I sat in the waiting room and they never told me anything but there was some kind of text. They want another 3000 some dollars ; last year it was $2,000. My car doesn’t even have 40,000 miles on it.I don’t think there’s anything wrong with my car. I’m going to have it inspected by someone else . No courtesy at all ; just slammed an estimate in my face.. this is the third Nissan I had problems with and the Customer Service all the way to corporate is unacceptable. I will never buy another, even though my whole family had Nissan’s all our lives.. More
