My car was immediately put on priority waiting list, and the service advisor called me multiple times to update my cars status. I showed up for my APPOINTMENT, and waited like ten minutes for someone to come out. I was told someone would be with me. But then another car pulls in, and another person comes right out to take car minutes for someone to come out. I was told someone would be with me. But then another car pulls in, and another person comes right out to take care of them. I asked the guys what I was waiting for and why the dude that got there after me was being moved along. They let my “representative” know I was frustrated. He came out right away at that point, and gets me dealt with and then before I went into the waiting area asked how long the wait was. He told me at least 2 hours. 2 hours for AN OIL CHANGE! What the xxxx? He said they were short handed. EVERYONE IS SHORTHANDED RIIGHT NOW! Why are you setting up appointments for oil changes when they are taking 2 hours??? Don’t schedule appointments if the wait is going to be that long. Show a tiny bit of curtesy and call customers to let them know there’s an extra long wait even though they scheduled an appointment! Get off your xxx and deal with your customer FIRST and THEN go back to your paperwork. Good xxxx. I’m driving out to cocoa beach from now on. I’ll never use Sutherlin again for a single thing. More
