i rec'd a call from Gio regarding the corroded battery in my newly purchased car. He wanted me to bring my car in. i told him i was concerned about have to miss time from work. he advised me that when i d my newly purchased car. He wanted me to bring my car in. i told him i was concerned about have to miss time from work. he advised me that when i dropped my car off, someone would bring me to work. LIES, LIES, LIES and more LIES. I HAD TO WAIT, LOSING AN HOUR'S PAY. if i wanted to pay for a battery, i would have gone somewhere else. The service tech acted like it was "no big deal" that the battery was corroded or that i was told i would be taken to work. I won a year of free oil changes....probably wont use them because i doubt if i will EVER bring my car back there or recommend you guys to anyone. You're quick to sell the cars but suck at service and customer support. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! More
