I had to go back 6 times. The service that I purchased which I thought was premium was substandard. I did a 90K mile service & switched a new key cylinder, I was upsold for The service that I purchased which I thought was premium was substandard. I did a 90K mile service & switched a new key cylinder, I was upsold for a brake pad which I also purchased. I haven't gone far after picking up the car, the battery is dead. Had to wait 2 hours to tow my car, leave the car back to Nissan, and come back the next day to find out that the batter needs changed. Not sure how the 16-point inspection works I guess the battery is not part of it. Got my car back after paying again. After driving a couple of miles, I headed out and parked my car, went back to my car, and noticed that the key cover got loose when I open it. Of course, the service is already closed. I appreciate the manager Geo listening to my concerns & personally checking my car. He promised to have it taken care of on Monday. They are supposed to come to my office, pick up my car, and return it to have it fixed, again. I am not sure if this is going to happen. They lost my confidence and trust. Let me know if 1 star is not appropriate in this situation and I will be happy to change it. More

Our 2014 minivan was going to cost more than the vehicles worth to get the A/C fixed. It was time to trade it in and made the stop to Sutherlin Nissan on East Colonial. Scheduled appointment was easy. I arrived at my appointment time. They service representative described the procedure and expected time and it was completed less than that.
