I was accommodated as soon as possible to replace the battery. My advisor was open to communicating the steps and prioritizing me as best he could. It was under the prorated warranty. However, I would like Nissan Motor Co to know that the electrical system with the 2017 Armada is politely 'crap'. This is the 3rd battery in 5 years! So even though the company feels like 'ah but we've at least been prorating you' so I don't have as much money out of pocket -- there is still an expense AND TIME spent PLUS as a woman-- having a battery this unreliable has been not only inconvenient but scary when out alone. DO BETTER! More
