After having many problems with the gas cap on my car which I was unable to open at the gas pump, resulting in a visit to the service dept. of the dealership each time, I was convinced that my Kicks was which I was unable to open at the gas pump, resulting in a visit to the service dept. of the dealership each time, I was convinced that my Kicks was a lemon. I am a long time user of Nissan vehicles going back to 1975...and derserved better treatment. J Bartolotta at service Dept as well as my sales person were aware of my problem. They could not get parts to fix it and I should buy another vehicle which I didn't expect to be at a significally higher cost which I could not really afford. The only reason for the change was the gas cap. I did not want to run out of gas and have the gas cap not open on me.They proceeded to sell the 2022 kicks with my tracker in it althou I asked them to transfer it to the 2023 car. First of all the lemon law should have been applied here and I am still waiting for the tracker. It is one excuse after another. They also insisted that the sticker price in my glove compartment was NOT the one for my car...charging me a lot MORE. The VIN # was the same as on the registration. They should have compromised. No good public relations here. More
