If I could give this place a zero stars I would. After being in a car accident that resulted in losing my car completely. I came to this place thinking they really cared about their customers. What a comp being in a car accident that resulted in losing my car completely. I came to this place thinking they really cared about their customers. What a complete fake! They sold me a Ford fusion 2020. I took it home, as I drove i notice it made some weird noise and when I filled the gas it wouldn't show me that I was full. Brought it back to them because of the noise and the gas tank. They had it for a whole week and couple of days. When I picked it up they said to take it to Ford because it felt under Ford warranty. I took it to Ford and in 4 hours they told me and gave me a list of things that was wrong with the car. They told me it was in a car accident and everything inside of it was messed up. How could Sutherlin have it for that amount of time and not even bother to tell me that they sold me a messed up car. Finally after so many hours I was able to return the car since it hadn't been 30 days of purchase and well , they messed me up with selling me a messed up car . Its been couple of days and yet they still haven't returned my money or even bother to call me to come get the check even though u paid them cash upfront. I definitely not going back and not even give them a good word. More
