We were able to purchase a nice Nissan at the dealership with few complaints. First is only one key fob was provided. A second fob should be standard procedure. Secondly, we were not given a clear choice of with few complaints. First is only one key fob was provided. A second fob should be standard procedure. We later went on dealership website and the car was $100 more. More

I normally do not write re "They use a Bait and Switch Technique Bad Review 1 *" I would never buy a car from this dealership total waste of time. I normally do not write reviews, but I wanted to write this to warn off other potential customers to this dealership. This is my review: - One of my employees was interested in getting a new lease on a Nissan Leaf Plus We contacted 3 dealerships to see what the best price we could get one of them was Sutherlin Nissan Colonial Drive Orlando. We were put in touch with a salesperson called Kenny. The deal we wanted was 36 months 12K miles a year in the range of $430, but regrettably we were not able to get that deal, so it ended up at $485 with the dealership taking in the trade plus paying the 1st payment. The deal was done over 2 days backwards and forwards and being New Year’s Eve I was not able to get down to the dealership with my employee. Called Kenny around 2.00pm confirmed the deal a $485.00 and that my employee was on he way to sign the papers and pick up the car. When my employee came to the dealership, they switched the deal without telling him to a 48-month lease and if I had not called him to see how things were going, they would have really screwed him over. I spoke with Kenny asked him why he took advantage of him and he said he thought a 48-month lease would be better. When you work with a dealership you expect them to have integrity and a deal is a deal. The sales agent Kenny baited us with a deal then switched it at sign up not very honest. The purpose I wrote this review is to advice new customers on the integrity of this dealership. We went to Reed Nissan, (I should have listened to Reed Nissan as they prewarned me they may do this stunt with the numbers) and Universal Nissan.They were upfront with us on the cost and even though we never did a deal with them the numbers they quoted us we solid. Trust is very important when working with a dealership and regrettably Sutherlin Nissan and Kenny, have certainty lost my trust. I am pleased I can warn off other potential customers as this seems to be a practice at this dealership. So be aware! and try other dealerships 1st. A very bad experience and a great let down. More

Pretty bad customer service Last month I went to Sutherlyn East Orlando to trade my leased Nissan Sentra for another Sentra. I was approached by salesmen Javon ( do not remeber h Last month I went to Sutherlyn East Orlando to trade my leased Nissan Sentra for another Sentra. I was approached by salesmen Javon ( do not remeber his surname) and told hi the whole 9 yards about my new purchase and specifically told him that I did not wanted a deal different than what I was proposing. He asked me to choose a car first and before I chose any he showed up with a black Nissan. I told him no I do not want black this is Florida the sun will kill me. He did not like that too much but I found a model that suits me so the saga started. After 20-30minutes he came with a proposal 300 dollars higher than what I asked so I asked him why he was making me wast my time, he started telling me that I was yelling at him that he did not had any power over the numbers and so on. Well we got to a very close number to my proposal but now I would not have a lease and will pay for my car for 6 years!! Not happy at all and he did not confirm that they will honor his word he started filling up all papers necessary for the sale and after that he made me wait almost 2 more hours to seat in front of the closer and finish the paper work. He did not provide me carpet mats , car manual AND second key. before I left, I talked to one of the sales managers about my experience and asked why car sales person do that, always bring a really bigger price than customer is asking and he told me that that is how they train their sales people and add they they are not trained to deal with customers like me !! I called Nissan and a manager told me that they will send a locksmith to my house to cut another key because if they ask Nissan to do that it will cost a lot more ( for them! ). I set up the appointment 3 times and by the day of the 3rd one I went to the dealership to find out that Javon, my sales person, never finished the papers on returning my lease. But unfortunately the saga does not stop there as I asked them to find a car exactly the same as my wife is driving as her lease is about to expire. The first MANAGER who contact her did not even open her file to see what kind of car I was talking about. Then a second manager came through apologizing and saying that he would look for it. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING THERE? Never again Sutherlyn never again More
