I went to Sutherlin Nissan hoping to purchase a new car. The minute I pulled up Marcos was waiting by our car in a golf cart. He asked what we were hoping to accomplish and you know what, he did exactly wh The minute I pulled up Marcos was waiting by our car in a golf cart. Even when it was time for the Final deal he wanted to make sure first that the car I chose was the one that I wanted and fell in love with. Marcos always had a smile on his face and made us feel as if we belonged there. I have puchased several cars before, I must say that this was the first time ever that I didn't dread going to a car dealer. There was no need to stress about how they would approach me with pricing because he knew up front exactly what I wanted and he was going to get it for me. There was absolutely no pressure at all. My experience at Sutherlin was absolutely amazing. We also brought our two children with us, they were also treated like gold and I did not have to worry about them either. I will highly recommend Sutherlin to anyone wanting to purchase a new car. I have no complaints at all. They now have my future business and any referrals that I can offer. More

Not one time did he make me uncomfortable when he had to get up and and go negotiate, again. Believe me, with my credit and limited amount I had to put down, it was not an easy task! When I walked out I was happy, still am! I already gave his business card to several other woman who needs a car and is waiting on their income tax to buy one.
