I purchased a Nissan 370Z Touring w/Sport Package over two and a half years ago. Since purchase of the vehicle, I've always adhered to the manufacturer/dealer recommended maintenance schedule. While the vehicle was still under warranty (3 years or 36,000 miles), I'd get all scheduled maintenance completed at the dealership. Since the car is no longer under warranty (I've driven 41,500 miles), I take it to a service shop that is closer to my residence for basic service (i.e., tire balance, oil change and filters). If any major service would be required, I'd take it to the experts (the dealership). A couple of weeks ago, I noticed a difference in the response of the clutch. I took the car to my service shop and questioned the service manager. He stated that there was probably air in the system and that it needed to be bled. The shop bled the system and test drove the car. The technician that performed the work stated that the clutch felt fine and the car was in good working order. However, to me the clutch still felt funny (I drive the car everyday). About a week later, the clutch stuck to the floor and I had to return it my lifting with my foot. I immediately took the car to Sutherlin Nissan Orlando and explained the issue to the Service Representative, Carlos Quinones. I also voiced my concerns to the Service & Parts Director, Ray Powers. I left the car at the dealership and returned home. Shortly after, I received a call from Carlos stating that there was indeed an issue with the clutch. The full scope of the repair would not be known until further examination of the system was completed. I told Carlos to order the parts needed for the repair. Since this was the Friday (September 2, 2011) prior to Labor Day, it would be a couple of days before the repair would be completed. The next day (Saturday), I received an unexpected call from Carlos. He stated that the Master Cylinder needed to be replaced and that Sutherlin Nissan Orlando would perform all the required repairs to my vehicle at no cost to me. I was totally speechless and at the same time I could not thank him enough. When I arrived at the dealership, Carlos and I went for a test drive and she (my car) responded like new. I am very pleased with the service after the sale that I received from Sutherlin Nissan Orlando. I understand that they did not have to do what they did for me – but they did. Again, I would like to thank the technicians that performed the repair to my vehicle, Carlos Quinones, Ray Powers and U. S. Not Military Friendly! They don't offer the nissan military discount! We had reached an agreement on VPP pricing and had brought the trade in vehicle in. I had gotten my money back from another dealer the day prior because sutherland told us they had the vehicle and would honor that pricing! The other dealer was working with us great but currently couldn't locate the vehicle we wanted so decided to get back my deposit to buy from Sutherland. More

Even though Thomas Gordon was not my initiail sales person. I wish he would of been. The service that he gave me was the best and his knowledge on the cars was exceptional. Right from the start, our sales associate "Rolando" made us welcome with his no pressure approach and was able to make things happen rather than have you sit around there all day like other dealerships playing games. The incentive's that Sutherlin offer's no other dealership does and "Rolando" actually explains it up front. I can say that I was very intimidated by the sticker price. But, as learned Rolando and his team will get you the best price and with the incentive's you will walk out a happy customer as we did.I personally would recommend my sales associate "Rolando Ferrer" to anyone purchasing a vehicle and this dealership. Another plus about this dealership is that when you sign your papers they do not just hand you the keys, they actually take the time and explain your vehicle to you and get you set up and comfortable with it. When I go to service my car, George is always a friendly face. He is willing to go beyond to help his customers. I was very grateful for that because there was no way I would have done that myself especially in this Florida heat! SUTHERLIN NISSAN ORLANDO They did everything reasonable to make the deal possible. I got the car I wanted with a 6 year warranty and oil changes for a good monthly payment under $300 for a 2011 Sentra load to make the deal possible. I had been to a few dealers and they wanted to either sell me something I didn't want or a very high payment, not to mention that the GM and the salesmen made us feel very appreciated and satisfied. This dealership differs from any I have done business with in the past. I had spoken to Steve (sales) via telephone to be sure that he had the model of car I was wanting in stock (a late model sentra or with in the past. I went to the dealership and met with Steve. He at first wanted to sit down and discuss what I wanted in a vehicle, my driving habits and needs, and what color choice(s) I wanted. He explained he had 2011 Altimas, but only one Sentra, but if I liked the car, he could try to get it in another color from a different dealership for me at the current sales price. Steve was very pleasant and friendly, but most important he was respectful of me and didnt talk down to me because I am a woman. As we were walking across the lot to see the used Sentra, my eye caught a glimpse of a 2012 Sentra and I asked to have a look at that, even though I felt I couldnt afford it. Steve went to get the keys for that car, and explained the features and offered me a test drive. I really liked the car, but told him I would have to see the "numbers", since I had a set limit on what I could afford each month in a car payment and also a time limit on paying it off. He brought me the "numbers" and I told him it was over my limit and I couldnt afford it. He then asked me to write down what I wanted to pay each month and for how many months total, and he would see what they could do. I really felt I would be back looking at the used car, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Steve talked with Tommy Mims, general sales manager, and I was given a discount in the interest rate, which brought my payments down to what I wanted to pay. Wow, a new car for the same payment I expected to pay for a used one. Great!! And, it was so easy, no pressure, no long stress-filled negotiations. I gave them my payment limit and they tweaked the numbers to make it work. Then I met with Lou DeFabrizio, finance manager. HE explained the different programs they offer, such as an extended warranty, but again no pressure to buy any of them. I couldnt believe I was actually able to sign the papers without being pressured into buying something I didnt want or afford. I walked into the dealership at 12:30p, and walked out at 3p, the proud owner of a 2012 Sentra. It was truly a pleasant experience. Their goal is to make the customer feel like part of the family, and they have succeeded for sure. They even have a prize wheel which everyone who buys a car, new or used, gets to spin the wheel. I won 6 free oil changes! I recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a car, new or used, to try this new no pressure way of buying a car. You will be so glad you did. Oh, by the way, I love my new Sentra! More
