My car buying experience with the sales rep, Jimmy Rodriguez was great, answered all my questions and went above and beyond. My car was even delivered to my doorstep with the paperwork to sign. However, when I went back to get service, NOBODY in the Service Dept greets you with a smile, they are very serious and impersonal. The seating for the consumers is very uncomfortable. They do good work, however the Service Dept. lack of friendliness and professionalism leaves much to be desired...unfortunate. You also see and hear employees on their cellphones having personal calls, not professional. I NEVER look forward to going in for service. More
They were pretty quick with an oil change, but I felt awkward when I dropped off my car. The person checking me asked if I was getting a tire rotation with the oil change, and when I said no, she looked awkward when I dropped off my car. I felt that she was somewhat annoyed with me when I asked about the "Miscellaneous" charge on my receipt (which ended up simply being a hazardous waste fee). But everything else was fine. More
I was very disappointed at the lack of customer attention at this dealership. I have been a faithful customer of Sutherlin Nissan for over ten years, and I was not really happy with my most recent visit. Not at this dealership. Not sure if it has anything to do with the economy, but the change is noticeable. I had a 2pm appointment for an oil change and ended up leaving at 3:30pm. I arrived at the establishment 15 minutes before 2pm, and was left waiting in my car for over 5 minutes with no apparent reason. Then had to wait for over an hour to get my car serviced. The advisor didn’t even have the courtesy to keep me up dated and informed about the delay. After so many years of being a loyal Nissan customer, I am now ready to move to somewhere else. More

The online price is deceiving. The sales manager was very unprofessional when we raised concerns about the dishonest online price. Buyers beware!!! More
