This place is by far the best place to purchase your new Subaru. Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We had a very positive experience with Sutherlin Subaru and Cesar (our salesman) on a 2024 Ascent Touring. My wife wanted specific items on the car and Cesar was able to order us those items even though th and Cesar (our salesman) on a 2024 Ascent Touring. Cesar worked quickly so that we were not at the dealership any longer than necessary and he communicated often with us until the car arrived. We are very disappointed with our experience at Sutherlin Subaru and with Deeanna. While their facility is nice and they are kind in person we do not feel that they deal in good faith. We purchased a used car from them and the next day were left stranded on the side of the road because the alternator went out. While we understand the possibility of issues with a used car, their cars are supposedly inspected and in good mechanical condition when sold. Alternators do not just die with no warning, it is an issue they would have been aware of and chose not to address. They made no efforts to make it right (leaving us with a $900 bill the day after purchasing a vehicle) and even ignored our attempts to contact them. More

Chris Rose was thorough, and thoughtful! Took his time to explain things to me! Told me my battery tested bad, but said it looked like it was under warranty with an auto parts store.
