Nash was a friendly, knowledgeable salesman who was not pushy in his approach whatsoever. I felt that he took pride in honesty and providing information, rather than just closing the deal. I was ignored when I walked in. They offered me much less than Edmunds' value. I was looking for a black 2001 Jetta -- they said bad things about the new Jetta and tried to sell me a red 2010 Jetta which I c than Edmunds' value. I was looking for a black 2001 Jetta -- they said bad things about the new Jetta and tried to sell me a red 2010 Jetta which I clearly did not want. So I went to CVM and had a great experience and drove away in the car I wanted. More
