Was 95% in on a purchase due to Dave's amazing people skills and direction. We wanted to leave for a short break and was directed to a sales manager, Josh (no hello or smile from him), who would disc skills and direction. We wanted to leave for a short break and was directed to a sales manager, Josh (no hello or smile from him), who would discuss numbers, including the APR, who killed the deal due to his total lack of people skills and telling us he would not accept anything to hold the car for an hour. I understand how it works, get the sell. However, telling a potential buyer he could not hold it for an hour? Typical pushy car salesman. We decided against buying anything. More
DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. Bought a 2022 Tiguan. They forgot to finish the inspection, so I didn't even make it home before I had to take it back to the dealership. They ke Bought a 2022 Tiguan. They forgot to finish the inspection, so I didn't even make it home before I had to take it back to the dealership. They kept it for a WEEK, fabricated stories that they ("had to clean the pistons, carbon deposits from bad gas" and then "found another oil leak" (another?? you didn't tell me there was a leak) and blamed VW for the delay in "getting the parts"). Everytime I called, Service referred me to Sales, and I got a different story. They also claimed the tech needed to drive my vehicle overnite to "reset" it. When I got my vehicle back, the tech's backpack was still inside. I asked for a copy of the service record. NEVER got it. Looking to trade this xxx, so I went back this week to get a copy of the service they claimed was done. The ONLY service record they had, was from Dec 2023!! They did NO service while they had my car, and had no explanation for keeping my vehicle for a week. And if they did NO service, why was the Tech driving MY vehicle??? It recently started drinking oil and blowing blue smoke, I asked about that. I was told it is "common" for European cars to burn oil. (Turns out that was another of their delightful "stories". VW and Audi have lawsuits against them for this. The Audi Q5 is basically the same vehicle, they had class-action lawsuits filed against them and they lost. This is a known issue and this dealership lied to me about it.) I would suggest going elsewhere for your vehicle purchase. More

Bought used diesel with 120k miles +/-. Don't trust them, get documentation Up Front. More

My Jetta had been stalling out while I driving so I took it into the service center. They told me it was fixed but the problem persisted and 4 months later I took it in again. Still wasn't fixed. Fast forwa it into the service center. They told me it was fixed but the problem persisted and 4 months later I took it in again. Still wasn't fixed. Fast forward 3 years and the hunk of junk still has the same problem and is essentially undrivable. More
