There was a misunderstanding regarding a previous purchase program key that was no longer working in such a short timeframe. I had a key that needed programmed to work with my vehicle and after several attempts was told the key was bad and needed to order a replacement when new key arrives after several failed attempts to p vehicle and after several attempts was told the key was bad and needed to order a replacement when new key arrives after several failed attempts to program their attention was directed to the programming sensor in the steering column after relocating the sensor the programming of the keys worked that meant that the key wasn't the malfunctioning component......a total waste of time A total waste of money with buying an another key. Just don't know how to justify that expense and experience.....Please help to soften this experience More
