Workers are very friendly and flexible but I was recommended some services that may not have needed performed that would fix my problem. For instance I was recommended that I needed to replace spark recommended some services that may not have needed performed that would fix my problem. For instance I was recommended that I needed to replace spark plugs because of how old the car is and how many miles are on it but was told they never removed the spark plugs to see if they actually needed replaced. Spent $500 on fixes that were guessed recommendations. Was recommended a timing chain replacement at one visit. Did not replace the timing chain but a few weeks later was then told a new engine was needed. Felt like I was given the run around and no one knew exactly what was wrong. Too much money possibly wasted. More
