Horrible, absolutely horrible. He will try to get you to the dealership in any way he can, but once there, you are not getting the deal you were promised. Part had to be ordered, I understood and OK with that. After a month with no news, I called several times and didn't receive a callback. Finally called a manager and response handled promptly.
