Everything experienced was stellar. From the courtesy drivers, scheduling, Alexis is always excellent in communication and friendliness. I'm also happy that the car servicing was considerably cheaper than the original estimate. However, I had 2 headlights out. One of my running lights, and my drivers side headlight. Both were marked as fine on the inspection form which means that they simply were never checked. This throws into question the rest of the so-called inspection. I'll be back, but this was a first strike red flag for me. Your service person can do better. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now as I know it must be an exception to your normal excellence. More
