While Sutliff had the product that we wanted, the overall experience was lacking. From the moment we entered the dealership, the team seemed disjointed. If they hadn’t had the product we wanted, we would’ve experience was lacking. From the moment we entered the dealership, the team seemed disjointed. If they hadn’t had the product we wanted, we would’ve left immediately. Mike Leger did the best he could but the sales team did not display a complete understanding of their cars. The financial experience was a new low - the finance manager seemed disjointed at best and could not clearly explain the options available. We love the car but we will not be back. More
