I wish i came directly to Suttle to buy my replacement family vehicle.Throughout the course of a weekend I visited countless dealerships. Some were helpful but didnt have what I want, some had what i wanted but the service was absolutely terrible. When i got to Suttle I wasnt bombarded by the hounds (hungry salesman) I was simply directed to a recommended salesman and the process began, AND MAN WAS IT PLEASANT. We had our 2 year old daughter with us and it was nice to see that she wasnt treated as an afterthought. Our salesman brought her treats, something to drink, he even held a full blown conversation with her all while My wife and I looked over the particulars of the car. This blew me away. The purchasing process was also very pleasant. Instead of getting us to bite on the first offer the banks began to throw at us, our salesman gutted it out and found us the best deal possible. It truly was hassle free. So in parting I would like to say if you want to go to a dealership with quality cars, and even better service, head straight to Suttle in Newport News. Preowned Vehicle Purchase Just another great Suttle experience. My wife and I have been considering a new or recent model upgrade for some time and I finally detected on the Su Just another great Suttle experience. My wife and I have been considering a new or recent model upgrade for some time and I finally detected on the Suttle preowned Site a Buick Lacrosse which looked too good to be true. I immediately contacted Jim Russo and set up a visit and vehicle review the following morning. Jim warmly greeted us and ran us thru the vehicle particulars and coupled us with an experienced, knowledge Salesperson: Steve Gamble. Steve got us in the vehicle, briefed us on the necessities of operating the vehicle and then launched us on our test drive. The vehicle was beautiful, clean and pre serviced and turned out to be very suitable for our needs. After price negotiations and settlement we told Steve when we would like to take delivery and he arranged everything to our satisfaction including a complete briefing on all the vehicle system operations. This is the second vehicle (last new) I have purchased from Suttle in the last ten years and my association goes back some 35 years. Their service department which I have used over the past 10 years is also choice and very competitive price wise. Looking forward to my good car needs and care from this fine Dealership. More
Suttle Motors is awesome. especially compared to other dealers I've dealt with in my 20+ years as a motorist, Suttle, did such an outstanding job of getting me in the right veh especially compared to other dealers I've dealt with in my 20+ years as a motorist, Suttle, did such an outstanding job of getting me in the right vehicle for the right price quickly and easily. All negotiations were made on the phone and when terms were agreed upon, Jaclyn Vazquez and Jacob Nantell drove the vehicle all the way out to Virginia Beach to deliver it and sign paper work. The whole experience took 30 minutes tops and that includes the amount of time demonstrating all the features on the Canyon. The GMC Canyon is an awesome vehicle too and Jaclyn threw in a whole slew of extra features / packages I didn't even ask for. I don't normally view car dealers as long term relationships but my experience with Suttle changed that completely. I see myself doing business with these folks whenever I need a new car. More

Even in the few times that something unforeseen shows up, they have been great in comm The service department has always been great in my experience. Even in the few times that something unforeseen shows up, they have been great in communicating the issues, the fix(es) and if there are any delays. They always seem eager to help and are pretty quick in the turn-around times. I have recommended them to a number of people and they have all had good experiences. I have also purchased a used car from them and it was as smooth as you would expect (I cannot remember the sales reps name as it has been a number of years). In service, sales, or finance, I have always felt like my business was appreciated and have always been treated in a professional and welcoming manner. More

I always tell folks to do their homework and be prepared to negotiate with the sales folks. I was treated fairly and got a good deal on my trade and purchase. Myles Have you ever seen a business go down hill with children entering a business? In my opinion, the Suttle Motor Car Company has made this mistake. Myles Suttle, less than two years out of college, has vaulted to assistant used car manager, displacing others that have worked at the dealership for years. I know the family and the previous two generations, however, Myles Suttle has reached a new low in customer service. I received a quotation for trading in a SUV that was purchased new from the dealership. I accepted the quotation and left a message asking for a time to deliver the vehicle and execute the transaction, 6 days ago. Myles has not returned a telephone call in almost 2 weeks, the beginning of the process. He has not responded to cell phone calls, calls to the dealership on the land line or text messages to schedule a time. Myles prefers texting and he uses this method, even when a telephone call is requested. It is unfortunate that nepotism trumps customer service. More
