He ask me if the color was okay as it came in other colors. I felt very comfortable and confident with him. He made me feel at ease, not nervous or anything, as one would be making such a big decision as this. He explained everything in detail, what to expect, as far as paperwork and features of the vehicle as we waited for the paperwork. He took care of everything and then I realized that this man had sold me a vehicle that I had not even looked inside of nor test drove. He is truly a good salesman and an access to your company.
