Brand new Jeep I bought a brand new Jeep Trailhawk while visiting Las Vegas and drove it home to Bullhead City. Upon parking in my garage, and within 30 minutes, I I bought a brand new Jeep Trailhawk while visiting Las Vegas and drove it home to Bullhead City. Upon parking in my garage, and within 30 minutes, I noticed about a 1/2 gallon puddle of pink fluid beneath it. I was sent to Swanty’s, and they were AMAZING! As busy as the shop was, Sparky took my car in right away and diagnosed a crack in the brand new radiator. I was driven home by Swanty’s shuttle, and picked up when my car was ready, all in a timely matter considering they had to order and install a whole new radiator. Sparky was great, as was the rest of the staff there, and I will absolutely be using Swanty’s for the life of my beautiful car! More

Going above and beyond in selling a used car Swanty's went above and beyond in their efforts to deliver customer satisfaction during my recent car purchase. In looking for the "right car" I came Swanty's went above and beyond in their efforts to deliver customer satisfaction during my recent car purchase. In looking for the "right car" I came across Swanty's on the internet, and being remote, contacted Ray Henry. He not only walked me through the vehicle specs but sent pictures and teleconferenced while climbing through the vehicle. Being satisfied with the information, and pre-negotiating a potential sale price, I travelled to Bullhead City (from Utah), at which point Marty Dayton patiently walked me through how to use the myriad of features as we went for a test drive. Once we completed the transaction, Marty then drove me to my rental car lot to drop off the car I one-way rented in Las Vegas, filled up my new car's gas tank, and helped me get on my way home. Both Ray and Marty took good care of me during this remote purchase experience, making it easy for me to understand the car's condition, its history, and how to use all its capabilities. They also negotiated in good faith, such that I felt we got to a win-win scenario. I really appreciated their efforts, and would recommend doing business with Swanty's to others. More

I returned my vehicle for warranty repairs and at some point while my Jeep was in their position the porters, service mechanic or a thief vandalized my Jeep's drivers seat making it unsafe to drive, bent point while my Jeep was in their position the porters, service mechanic or a thief vandalized my Jeep's drivers seat making it unsafe to drive, bent my steering wheel & damaged my ignition. After explaining this to the service manager he said oh well get off my f^@king lot. Swanty's still charged us $200 for a fuel cap and fuel filter but still was unable to diagnosis the original concerns. More
