I have had issues with car dealerships before but working with Kayley has changed all of that for me. She was very sweet, professional and overall, just knew what she was talking about. She didn't try to heckle or pressure you into a tight situation. From the very start, I knew that Kayley cared only about the customer.

Took my car in to have a alarm disabled, 300.00 later, ended up with dents on the driver door, was told they would fix it but "Don't think I'm gonna do body work on the whole door" didnt ask you to do that just put the car in the same working order it was when you got it...

"The service I received on the Buick side was wonderful. ..."

The service I received on the Buick side was wonderful. However, several weeks prior I had gone to the Quick Lube on the Chevy side. I had received a coupon in the mail that said I had 4 free oil changes. I presented it to the individual at the Quick Lube who very nastly proceeded to fight with me that this coupon didn't exist, and according to his computer, I didn't have anything. He refused to look at it, ask someone else, just pretty much told me I was lying. When I asked him how long it would be until they could take me in for the oil change, (There was no one being serviced)and he told me it would be 1 1/2 hours or so, because everyone was too busy. I called the Buick side at a later date, talked to the service manager there, scheduled my appointment, took my car in to them, and low and behold, my coupon was good. Thanks for listening. I am rating my service answers on how I was treated on the Buick side.

Buying the car was fine. First couple of visits to the service department for oil changes were okay. Then we had a problem with a tire and we feel we got ripped off. We feel the tire could have been fixed/at least patched instead of costing $160.00 for one tire. Now we have another problem, the trunk lining is falling down/apart and am just concerned about having to call there to get an appointment and how long will this take and is it covered?

I have only dealt with the Service Department but my experience in Service will lead me into the sales department when it is time to purchase another vehicle.
