Went to look at QX50 and potentially a 2nd car. Worked with sales rep and ended up buying the vehicles. I reached out and finally got a hold of the sales manager MJ. He saved the day and corrected the issues. Very much appreciate his attention, reaching out and taking steps to make things right. looked at a qx50 when discussing cost salesmen tried to add almost $2000 joining infinity plan. It took at least a dozen times of saying No before they stopped talking about it.
