My vehicle was diagnosed on the promised appointment date. The customer service was excellent, kept me informed as the service proceeded. Hands down worse dealership I've ever been to. They don't keep appointment times and there is little to no communication. Must just be the way things are now days…. . Dealership was non-negotiable on any prices, even though they had studded tires on at end of May and now we had to stay the night in Anchorage, get . Dealership was non-negotiable on any prices, even though they had studded tires on at end of May and now we had to stay the night in Anchorage, get a hotel and buy new summer tires before driving home. Cost us an extra $1000 and an inconvenience. The vehicle we came to town to see what being test driven and not available. When we did buy our car it wasn’t washed or filled up for us… kinda weird.
