Service appointment time was as stated. The waiting room is comfortable and decent. There was a nice TV in the waiting room with ad-free house hunting type shows showing at the time I was there... (nice and non-political etc.). Great that they were ad-free. It's boring enough to have to sit waiting for service, so that's a nice touch that they went to that expense. The service technician had a great attitude and some amusing one-liners. He also let me know I had reward points available which gave me a discount on my service. I wouldn't have even known to ask. Great service. On a different note. This dealership has been in Anchorage, formerly as "Alaska Sales and Service," for a long time. It's nice to have that longevity too. I'm a big fan of GM, so if I ever had to buy another new car, it would be here. More
