I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for 9 am. The oil change was not finished until about 2:30 pm. I called to check on the status of the car several times between noon at 1:15. Every time, I was told, “they’re working on your car right now!” One excuse I was given for the long wait was that the shop was “really busy because there are a lot of walk-ins” I’m not sure why Swickard bothers to schedule appointments if they don’t honor the times, or if walk ins apparently take precedence. When I spoke to the manager before leaving, he was rude and frankly condescending. Literally the most ridiculous oil change experience I’ve ever had. More

I went in with a serious issue with my new Blazer and I was expecting a difficult time resolving the timing required to get me back on the road. Mark, the GM of the dealership, gave me several options and was expecting a difficult time resolving the timing required to get me back on the road. Mark, the GM of the dealership, gave me several options and I left with a positive outcome. You get so used to confrontation and negativity at dealers these days that I was very pleased to avoid all of that and move on happily.both Ed and Jethro were very helpful as well. Thanks guys! More
