My 2023 Silverado was dead in my garage. Maryanne (my Service Advisor) arranged for GM Roadside assistance to tow it to Swickard for repairs. My appointment was for Thursday & the truck Maryanne (my Service Advisor) arranged for GM Roadside assistance to tow it to Swickard for repairs. My appointment was for Thursday & the truck was dropped off on Tuesday afternoon. The windows were down & I asked for the truck to be stored inside until they could power up the windows. They accommodated that request. On Wednesday they worked on my truck ahead of schedule & delivered it to me at close of business a day before promised. Maryanne takes pride in what she is tasked with by the customer. She is professional, articulate, and doesn't over-promise. I highly recommend Maryanne & Swickard for service & repairs.
