If you want to know anything that is happening with your vehicle. This is not the place. I have left multiple messages for my service person (Ervin) along with the service manager (Keir) No one has called m vehicle. This is not the place. I had a battery replaced. I was going to be charged for the full price. When I went to pay, I found out via the digital board there was a $390 discount for battery replacement I was going to be charged for the full price. When I went to pay, I found out via the digital board there was a $390 discount for battery replacements. I had to negotiate for the discount with service person and service manager. It took almost took 2 hours to get the approval. More
