Excellent service I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change and the folks at the dealership were on it right away. They estimated about an hour and half, so I had I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change and the folks at the dealership were on it right away. They estimated about an hour and half, so I had my son follow me to the dealership and take me home, but they were actually done in about 30 minutes. When Richard to called me to say the car was ready, he went over recommendations and told me what the cost would be. I asked that they go ahead with the recommended service. When the car was ready, I asked for a shuttle to come pick me up. When Richard saw the shuttle driver come back to the dealership without picking me up, he drove his own car over to get me.
