Not only was he able to answer my never ending technical questions, he oversaw the after mar truck I wanted - a fully loaded Silverado 1500 RST trim. Not only was he able to answer my never ending technical questions, he oversaw the after market work done with a shop affiliated with the dealer - lowering the truck, putting new wheels, tires and a new flow master exhaust sytem to fully customize it to my exact standards. They replaced a hose for my turbo and broke the turbo itself. I also checked this with another mechanic. The truck was brought to T.O. They also triggered def fluid issues which I have not had for several years. Kinda like going to the doctor with a broken finger and after the visit...coming out with 2 broken legs and a broken arm. Not good! More
