I've purchased new cars for almost 50 years at dealerships around the country ..Mercedes, BMW, Bentley, Ford, Porsche, Chevy, Pontiac, Hummer, Cadillac among others. The service at these places were often good, some bad, and some excellent, but none better than these folks at Swickard. They kept me posted consistently on the build progress, handled my 66 Corvette trade in fairly and professionally and always made me feel like family, not just a client. They not only impressed with their professionalism but truly went way out of their way (several times) to accommodate my special requests for this Corvette. They are the best. Highly recommend! More
Customer service is waning. Service Reps do not call back, AT All Service Manager Kier is too busy to return calls. More importantly, they were transparent and honest throughout the entire purchase process, which is rare when working with dealers. Really good experience here. I live in South Gate and I’ve been looking for my dream car for a while now. (Camaro SS) When I came across this dealership, I noticed they had one in stock. The salesperson, Chris, kept his word and we were able to talk numbers before I made my drive over there which was 1.5 hours one way. Chris made sure the numbers that me and him discussed over the phone, were the numbers I would finalize my contact with. Once I arrived, they were 2 customers ahead of me so I waited for about 45 minutes. (Not too bad) I was able to finalize my contact with the numbers I was okay with. The only reason I am rating it 3 stars instead of 5 was because: 1. sales person Chris mentioned the remote key might be low battery, which it was, and he did not replace it so I had to order it, and replace it myself. (Not too bad, only $5) 2. They did not give me the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Gas tank was less than half when I took it home. I had to stop by and pump before getting to my final destination. This is the first time any dealership had done this in my experience in buying cars. 3. Vehicle oil life is at 30% which was a little surprising to me. They also did not wash the car before handing me the keys which is also the first time experiencing this. I put 10K down so I expected all of this to be included as an incentive but every dealership is different, I get it. Other than that, I did enjoy how they kept their word! I would still recommend this dealership to any and all friends, families, and associates. More
Asked for oil change, Tire rotation, check back up light. When I picked truck up I asked if they did tire rotation Ervin Pech said yes. I owned a GMC from silver star before and had excellent service department, this service department I will never come back. I buy a new truck every 4 years. Going back to GMC More
The supervisor Soraya is excellent and the advisor Sebastian is also excellent. At the end I am satisfied with both of them and their service. I can’t say that about the original advisor assigned. Other than that I would recommend the following: better communication with the customer providing updates, even if the diagnostic is taking longer, a quote on time and estimated dates of completion of work; and to not forget to reset the oil life counter. I hope the next time I will get a better experience but for now I am satisfied with Soraya’s and Sebastian excellent quality of service. Thank you! More
