On 2 récent occasions, I’ve tried to call Swickard service center in Gladstone OR. Even though they list a 503 area code, the calls go through a central call center instead. I was told a service mgr would return my call with information. When I told him they haven’t returned calls in 2 previous times, he guaranteed a call will be returned in 2 days. It is now 4 days.
