Olivia Rozema at the service desk took excellent care of me and my car. My appointment made through the 800 number got screwed up, but Olivia and her supervisor sorted it out quickly. My shuttle driver turned out to be the customer service manager (I could be remembering his title incorrectly), Craig York. Had a nice chat with him on the drive home about Honda and his many years of experience working in a competitors dealership. He spoke very highly of Swickard. All the of the people I worked with were extremely positive and the type of people it just feels good to be around. I could not possibly recommend this dealership any higher, my experience was 10/10. Once again I received exceptional service from Swickard Honda. I had a warning light that came on and I came in to have it looked at. I had a oil change appointment and it was going to snow that day. They got me in and done within an hour and half. There were some explanations about what was needed to be done on my car. Sales people were informative. Personal but not pushy. Aiden was great !! I don't remember the mans name in finance but he was not personable, and pushy , for add on sales. He had no respect for financial restrictions ( spent more time pushing extended warranties than anything else ) I reiterated many times I was not interested but he kept pushing them. Even after closing and leaving his office he still told me to contact him in 24 hrs and he might be able to get his manager to give me a super deal. More
