Way over price. I was told that I needed a new battery that would cost $268.20 after my oil change I went to battery exchange and had them test my battery and they s I was told that I needed a new battery that would cost $268.20 after my oil change I went to battery exchange and had them test my battery and they said that my battery was fine. Battery exchange batteries only cost $120 and have a 5 year warranty. The Honda dealership before Swickard was much better, cheaper and honest. More

Best experience coming in 2 weeks ago with the good fortune of having Angel Figueroa at the service desk to help me. I did not get the "pink treatment" as a woman coming in with questions about my veh fortune of having Angel Figueroa at the service desk to help me. I did not get the "pink treatment" as a woman coming in with questions about my vehicle. He was patient and thorough and explained the issues with my car clearly and comprehensibly for lay person with some 'experience with cars' as I have mechanics in the family. He was also patient with me after I called back 3x in a row with 'another question' and his expertise as a tech at a previous job made me feel like I hit the jackpot having him as my service advisor. Don't lose this one Honda! He's an asset to your company, and you have a loyal customer so long as staff like Angel are in your employ. More
