We are very pleased with our service on our Honda CRV. Misleading and frustrating experience. I told the dealership up front I was only interested in a Long Range Tesla Model Y and that my budget was $25K–$26K with a trade-in. They gave me a reasonable trade-in offer but never moved on the car’s $29K price, despite saying they’d try to work with my budget. They had me run a credit check anyway, which felt unnecessary given they weren’t flexible. Worst of all, I later found out the car wasn’t even the Long Range model, despite being told and shown that it was. I was transparent throughout, they weren’t. If you shop here, triple-check everything. I wouldn’t buy from them again. More

Called Honda finance to try to have them explain since the dealer was confused. Repeatedly texted and called to try to have them explain- no response after a few days called them again since they weren’t calling me. Would not provide me with my application number thought I directly asked the manger for it. Missed end of the month deadline to lease because they were so slow. Filed a complaint with cooperate office. Managed to Leased a vehicle from another dealership at the last minute who completed everything in only 24 hours from start to finish and received the paperwork in time to meet the months end deadline ( dealer I went through wasn’t even a “ buy online dealer” and still completed the deal). Swickard should not be listed as an online dealer if they can’t do what they say. More
Jada, a service rep at Swickard Honda in Gladstone was condensending and rude. I will never deal with her again. She did not explain the process or price. Customer waiting area was pleasant and the service rep, Tina was very helpful in explaining all that needed to be done. My experience getting service at this dealership has been phenomenal; Jada especially is lovely to work with. When I came here to buy a car, I was passed over and the salesperson only spoke to my husband, phenomenal; Jada especially is lovely to work with. When I came here to buy a car, I was passed over and the salesperson only spoke to my husband, not to me. So I bought my CRV from the dealership in Beaverton instead. :) More
