So, today I was going to have someone else help me continue the process, until Jacob Bolin on your e-commerce team, advised it was sold. I had an appointment for an oil change and indicated that I would be waiting. After an hour and 15 minutes and seeing two other people leave who came in after me, I went to check in the status of my car. It I would be waiting. After an hour and 15 minutes and seeing two other people leave who came in after me, I went to check in the status of my car. It was finished and sitting in the in the bay. Nobody notified me. I asked why I wasn’t notified and all this guy could tell me was “I don’t know”. No apologies or anything. He walked over to another desk to get the papers off the printer and says to a guy who had been standing there for maybe two minutes, “I’ll be right with you. Sorry about the wait.” I told him again that I wasn’t happy that I sat in their lobby for nearly an hour and a half with nobody telling me my car is ready. He just ignored me and handed me my keys, which did not have the key ring in it. When I told him it was missing, he reached into a drawer full of them and said they never know if it’s theirs or the customers. These are a lot of small things, but they add up, especially when this was me giving them a second chance after they ripped me off a couple years ago by performing an oil change when I took a car in for a recall and they told me it needed it. I had some mechanical work done on it that same eeek and an oil change was already done. I didn’t realize this until I compared the paperwork from both places. They changed perfectly clean oil and a filter, or they they didn’t, and they still charged me. I will never go here again and I do it recommend it to anyone. If they mess up, they won’t make it right. Go somewhere else. Oh, and Swickard, you can stop contacting me about buying my pristine car with low miles to add to your suffering used car inventory. Do not buy from these crooks. When you buy a used car from them they give you only half the car histoy report. Dealership uses car check report i usesd carfax there report said no air bag deployed no accident. Carfax said opposite car in a accident Nov 2021 airbag deployed. Beware of this Dealership. They don't give you the hole history repot. If you buy a car from them do not except there car history report. Go to carfax. You will pay $40 dollars but it is so worth it. If i knew this car was in a accident i would not of bought it. After showing them my report they would not take car back. They said you bought car as is.
