We apologize for your bad experience at our dealership. After looking into this, as we do all of our bad ratings, we discovered that when you brought in your truck for repairs and service, Jeff Bledsoe took it upon himself to give you a truck loaner while we had your vehicle for a week and then did not charge you anything for the repairs and service on your truck. You were also given 3 viable options 6 months ago for the issue with your tires and lift kit. Unfortunately you chose not to accept any of our options but we tried our best to find resolution.

After multiple attempts to get to a soultion there was no resoultion. My warranty for my truck that I bought through you guys still has not been updated that my truck is lifted and they are refusing to cover anything because of your sales team dropping the ball.
