I purchased a $35k vehicle and realized when I got home the tires didn't fit the wheel wells. I noticed this as i was reversing and turning out of a parking space. I went back the next day and they told me the tires didn't fit the wheel wells. I noticed this as i was reversing and turning out of a parking space. I went back the next day and they told me to cut my wheel wells. Then they said they would “make it right” and didn’t call me back for two days. I had left the vehicle there for them to decide what to do. I called each day until i finally received a call back. They said again they would “make it right” and said they would get new rims and tired to fit the wells. A week later i go to pick up the vehicle and they had given me take offs from another vehicle and the tires had screws and nails in them. They said they were new and that they only have new ones in the parts department and that they must have gotten those screws and nails in the service center. They also tried to sell me many warranties which i said no to. But they made me purchase a dent and ding package saying that was a dealer required warranty. This cost $399. I find out later that they had lied and you do not have to purchase these things at all. I will never purchase a vehicle at this dealership again sadly. More

My sales Person, George was the best. He knew what I was looking for, made sure I was up to date on a model just what I wanted. He kept me up to date on its arrival. Not the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer but, far from the best. They had a decent price on a car which is hard to find right now but, they refused to give a reasonable price for my trade-in beca far from the best. They were the lowest trade-in price I have seen on my car and wouldn't budge. Mind you, they set their price and still tried to charge me more than their website said(by $2K) when they brought out the "deal". I don't think I will go back and I am glad that I didn't buy based on all of these negative reviews about them with no responses from the dealership. More
