Next day they ask if I'm still interested I said yes wassup they said the deal fell through I said but you told me it was bought and they took it home then they reply well finance was A no go wouldn't you think they would have sat down and figured that out before they let people drive off with it ? At any rate I setup another time for viewing I get to the dealership and they don't know what I'm talking about the guy isn't working that day. Ok so totally pissed I get ready to leave here comes another guy said oh seems one of our people supposedly took it home and girlfriend didn't like it so he wants to return it come on who the xxxx does business like this . I short lied to by 3 people, and when I did finally look at it they were supposed to have got it ready and detailed it ( NOT) Car was filthy garbage and food 🥝 in the car Mudd all over outside and tires checked fluids myself power steering fluid almost non existent not to mention black like tar same with motor oil and dark red burnt transmission fluid. I found a car that I was interested in on the Costco site that linked me to this dealership. After sending my request someone called me with in 5 mins. I bought a truck 3 months ago I started having issues week an a half of having it. I had a Chevy dealership in grants pass, oregon look at it and it has a transmission issue and they had an inspector loo week an a half of having it. I have been calling them trying to get somewhere not even a manger calling me back I would always get sent to voice-mail each time. So I had to recently drive 3.5 hrs to talk to someone and they tell me there gonna find a way how they can get it to them because I don't think it'll make it that far. Horrible company. Im still waiting on the official thing what there doing. Bad service. I would answer the phone and they wouldn't even say there name sometimes,, They don't take care of there customers. They tell you things you've already heard, just getting the run around. Im getting irritated if I don't get an answer by Tuesday im gonna get my money back I spent on the warranty or just go to small claims court to get to the bottom of this! Its taking to f***ing long. Before I bought the truck drove all the way there for it to not be ready for me to test drive either wheel were off of it said it was going through a full inspection and when I went to go pick it up a week later they never told me everything was clear but I bought it anyways without test driving it thats my bad. But the dealer is acting like they didn't know there was a preexisting code in it and they sold me a warranty thats not even gonna help me cus of that code in it before I bought it. More

Terrible experience for my son who was buying his first car. When went back and forth with numbers and then when we went to pick the car up, it wasn’t washed , wasn’t filled up like they said. I bought a used car that was not ready for me to drive off the lot, when I looked at the car, a sales manager came over to talk to us and assured me that if I purchased the car they would have it ready fo off the lot, when I looked at the car, a sales manager came over to talk to us and assured me that if I purchased the car they would have it ready for me in a week. I bought the car thinking I would then be able to pick it up sometime next week. I got an update from the sales person a few days later saying it wouldn’t be ready till a little later than expected. I was okay with it, as it was still around a week and a half, then the weekend when I was supposed to pick it up, I was told there was a delay and they’d update me soon, I was expecting a follow up maybe with a new expected date, but no one followed up, I needed the car by the end of the second week after I purchased it, because I was trying to sell my current car. I spent 4 days trying to get a hold of someone to give me information because my sales rep wasn’t answering my calls or emails. I gave up because no one at the dealership was helping me, and then my sales rep finally reached out to tell me they had finally gotten the parts needed and the car was being worked on, this was by the day I needed to have the car because I was selling my old one. 5 days after that I reached out to my sales rep to see if there have been any updates on when the car will be ready, and I did not hear back from her, so I reached out to a General Sales Manager and they too did not reply to my request to get update on the vehicle. It’s been almost FOUR WEEKS since I purchased a car that I was told would be ready in a week and I still don’t have it. If I would’ve known it was going to take this long I wouldn’t have purchased the car here. While Everyone treated me well when I was there to purchase the car, the customer service I’ve been getting while I am waiting for my car has been horrible, no answers, no follow up, no consideration for the fact that I was trying to sell my car. I obviously am not expecting the car to be ready as soon as I call them, but the lack of consideration to give me updates or return my calls/emails so that I can make arrangements really left me with a bad experience at this dealership. Also I chose to write this review after attempting to contact a general sales manager and receiving no follow up. More

We had visited a variety of dealerships and one other Honda. It was because of Brian’s no pressure, relaxed attitude, & less chatty ness than others he worked well for us. Horrible experience. So far, it has taken seven trips to the dealership and six weeks to buy this xxxxxx car. Three of those trips were for financing. My FICO score is 849, I have cash to put money down, and I net 15x the amount of the car payment each and every month as evidenced by my W-2s and paystubs from the stable job I have. It really should not be this difficult for them to take my money. And I don’t yet have title in hand, so who knows? They may still call for another signature they need or a DEQ screening they forgot to do. Every step of this process has been unnecessarily complicated and disorganized. None of the employees seem to communicate with each other at all. You are required to make an appointment each time you come in, but they don’t ever have anything ready when you get there. They’ll tell you you’re next in line to meet with whomever you’re there to see, even if there are several people ahead of you. They respond to pretty much all inquires with, “I’ll see what I can do for you,” which is their way of not answering you at all. It just could not be more clear how little regard they have for their customers or their time. I cannot adequately express just how unimpressed I have been with this whole ordeal. I would give negative stars if I could. I am a professional whose clients pay tens of thousands of dollars for my services. (About what it costs to buy a car!) I would never even consider treating any of them with such little respect. Save yourself a lot of time and stress by shopping elsewhere. More
