Service Visit I paid a visit to the Service Dept. for a Recall (airbag). I arrived on time and was told the scheduler notes I was”dropping off” my car. I was planni I paid a visit to the Service Dept. for a Recall (airbag). I arrived on time and was told the scheduler notes I was”dropping off” my car. I was planning to wait. A drop off takes 3 hours; wait schedule for 1 hour. I had budgeted only an hour, so I opted to return a couple of days later. The “1 hour wait” visit took 2 hours, but I was prepared by having brought in my work laptop. The waiting area is comfortable and complete with TV and WiFi. Service was great. I like that a full safety check is done and a written report given. They wash and vac your auto too. I recommend. More
