Poor customer service, staff was rude and inconsiderate Staff showed little consideration of my time. I received a recall noticed, scheduled appointment and after dropping the car off, was told that they di Staff showed little consideration of my time. I received a recall noticed, scheduled appointment and after dropping the car off, was told that they didnt have the part and would take an extra day to get my car back. When I arrived, there were multiple people standing around not helping customers and it was clear that they were fighting amongst themselves. Had to call multiple time to get updates and staff seemed to be annoyed I wanted to know where my car was. There was a huge lack of communication with service reps. I will not bring my car back for service or ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I wouldn’t want to hassle the service department. They obviously had more important things to do. Extremely disappointed. More

Unexpectedly Pleasant! Been looking for a CR-V for a couple of months, went through Costco. Oil Changes and New Tires Always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I had new tires put on yesterday and it took three hours because the tires were put on wrong.
