This Honda Dealer now sucks. Having been buying cars and getting them serviced for over 20 yrs. Now I have to have two appointments to get everything done. Not one person that works there acts like there care about service. Also was refused p/u to get my car after service. So had to walk away with car 1/2 serviced. Dealership trying to save money by having one way p/u. What am I to do walk there from work. So who is going to lose money by trying stupid save money trick by having one way only transportation. What happened to Willy and all the great people who use to work there ??? There are better Honda Dealer then this. More

Chase Winchester was very helpful checking me in for my service appointment on 4/11/25. He patiently answered my questions, called me later to ask if a dirty cabin filter could be replaced, and then texted service appointment on 4/11/25. He patiently answered my questions, called me later to ask if a dirty cabin filter could be replaced, and then texted me when the car was ready. I really appreciate that he called me regarding the additional work (cabin filter) rather than texted. When additional work is requested, texting is not sufficient because the customer is almost always going to have questions, and then texting phone-tag begins that becomes very inefficient & unprofessional. I will definitely ask for Chase when scheduling my next service appt. More
