I used to do maintenance since I had Toyota RAV4 2008 . It was great experience and everything with quick and very professional. Didn’t take that long . First the web schedule that I had to entry multiple times & very complicated and spent too much time to got the schedule, not exactly the time that I would like to drop my car . Second , after done drop the car off and paperwork, no one came and explained what my car need to do ,… I have been frustrated waiting 3 hours for this service . I had to came and asked if it has been done or not . My schedule was at 9:40 am , I dropped my car was 9:20 am and I got it back 12:35 pm. What a long day - my car was just 20,445 mileages that still really good and not take that long for this service . This place was my fav spot that I have been dropped my car for years. Now I can compare with Jiffy lube store and thinking that I might get there since I had great experience when they had quick service last time for my RAV4. More

There was no back-and-forth, no haggling, and the whole experience was very hassle free. They were able to get us the vehicle we wanted at the target price we had set within our budget. Plus, my wife and I were amazed at how fast and efficient they were. We called them early in the afternoon inquiring about a vehicle we saw online. Shortly after, we came to a verbal agreement on an out-the-door price to bring that vehicle home that same afternoon, and then headed towards the dealership from Bellevue. We were afraid we were going to be tight on time as we had to make it back to Bellevue before 6pm to pick up our child from daycare. They took great care of us because they had the vehicle and the paperwork all prepped as much as possible for us before we arrived and that saved us so much time! We were in and out in about an hour to an hour and a half, so we were able to make it to the daycare in time despite fighting the typical workday rush hour traffic. And much to our pleasure, when we arrived at the dealership, the numbers on paper were exactly what we were quoted over the phone, so there were no negative surprises with what we saw. It was just an overall great experience and I would recommend anyone to stop by there the next time they’re in the market for a new vehicle! More
