I hope it did help as there was not even an Inquisitive desire from the reply. In order to do better one must now exactly what went wrong. Since Toyota is not interested in knowing what went wrong, Improvement is highly Unlikely. To be more specific. Staff was rude by not taking the time to answer my questions, they ignored my questions and did not fully understand the questions. The staff is extremely reactive and what I noticed what they they would formulate a negative response prior to understanding the questions. Perhaps they feel overworked? This is just one type of question Toyota must ask themselves. Again. I hope this helps as the reply seems empty and void of all actual concern for Improvement.

In all honesty Toyota dealership people have been horrible people to deal with throughout most of the dealerships I’ve been to. I believe it is a company culture issue. Management doesn’t care and wants to rip everyone off and the other staff do not care because they see their management staff not caring. Why would the normal staff care if management doesn’t care? It’s all about culture and that changes from the top and everyone seemed miserable and hating their jobs.
