The process beginning to end was flawless. The whole process from scheduling to the time working with employees during service was great. Let me say that if it weren't for ALI HAZRATI (aka Ali Maserati) :-) we would probably not have made this purchase. We really wanted a particular used truck that was advertised. Our first two attempts to engage with the dealership were quite challenging and off-putting, and we had given up, not wanting to deal with them. UNTIL ALI CALLED. Yes, he was obviously just as motivated to make a sale as anyone else. He also listened to us, respected us and worked for us, rather than making us feel like he just needed us to shut up and buy a car - any car - so he could move on to the next. His genuine, no-BS communication style was refreshing. And it turns out he's kind of a delightful dude. The transaction was almost a non-starter, but thanks to Ali we came away very satisfied with our purchase, but also with our interaction. More
